OUR HISTORY
LS Management and Construction Vetnam Co., Ltd was established in 2018 formerly known as Loc Son Trading – Service – Consulting – Design – Construction Co., Ltd., Main office in Thu Duc city (District 2), Ho Chi Minh City. LS Vietnam provides the customers and the client with the following services:
- Project Management and Construction Management
- Construction Supervision
- Engineering Design
- Design and Build.
OUR VISION AND MISSION
A creative and flexible combination of International systems, Advanced technology and Vietnamese environment: The management system and ethodology of LS Vietnam have been established based on the international standards and experiences with the creative and flexible application to suit Vietnamese conditions which is aiming at achieving the most effective objectives of the project, delivering the high quality, safety, on time and cost saving projects to the Clients.
Practical hands on experience: LS Vietnam Directors and professionals have engineering and project management, construction supervision and construction experience in all stages of project including:
Feasibility Study and Conceptual Design
Engineering Design, Procurement and Construction
Hand Over and Operation Management
Our Directors and Staff have managed many large high-rise buildings and complexes with deep basement (06 basements), new township and industrial projects in Vietnam which have been delivered on time with high quality; apply new advances in technology and techniques in the world to the field of construction.
Close co-operation with the institutes and universities: The close co-operation and coordination with the professors, researchers and specialists in international research and educational organizations in Vietnam and all over the world are a big advantage to assist LS Vietnam in delivering the projects which required time saving, advanced technology application, international quality standard and high efficiency under Vietnamese conditions
